Kenny Carroll is a co-founder of Soundside Builders, with more than two decades of experience in high-end residential construction. He started at twenty, working for a custom home builder. He came up the way most builders his age did: first as a laborer, then framing, then trim, then running jobs. That hands-on foundation continues to shape how he approaches every project today.
Since 2000, Kenny has worked across all phases of residential construction: detailed kitchen and bath remodels, full-scale additions, and ground-up custom homes. He has worked closely with architects, designers, and homeowners throughout his career, developing a deep understanding of both the building process and the coordination it takes to deliver a successful project.
Kenny believes the most important part of this work isn’t the work itself. It’s the relationships behind it. His career has been built almost entirely through referrals, repeat clients, and a reputation for being dependable, communicative, and committed to doing things the right way.
At Soundside Builders, Kenny brings a practical, experienced perspective to every project, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and long-term relationships with every client he works with.
