A century-old fishing cabin that had survived storms it was never meant to and was sagging into its piers. We jacked it, replaced the foundation, sistered or replaced framing as needed, and brought the envelope back to weather-tight.

The original old-growth Douglas fir floors were lifted, numbered, refinished, and reinstalled. The new work disappears into the old.
